Trademark Registration Fees
You can file your trademark at various levels. This can be done for the Benelux at the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BBIE), but also for the entire EU at the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). You can also register your trademark outside the EU by means of an international treaty or directly at the national IP office of a foreign country. We can take care of all these applications for you.

A surcharge is also payable for each designated country in the international application. Because these surcharges vary greatly, the total costs of an international trademark application cannot be given here.
